Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
If What is SEO was the question that brought you here, let us go down to the very basics and try to understand what exactly SEO is. The best way to do that would be to visualize the process of search. Let’s say somebody goes onto a search engine like Google or Bing (or anything else) and keys in a question in the search box. The search engine's robots programmed to go into the World Wide Web will then go to fetch the answers to that question. The results found are then brought back to the screen giving the searcher almost all of what he or she needs to know; sometimes more. Now those bots that go looking for the information are the ones that have to find your site and your content in order to take the information there to people looking for it. It is for this purpose; the purpose of the bots being able to see your content that you need to optimize your website and webpages. Let's look at another scenario — You have some great content on your website or blog. Now you need it to be viewed. For that, what you have to do is optimize that content for search engines. In other words, you have to make it visible to search.
